3 Dec 2011: Dotdotdash introduces 'Gambit' with Carolyn Abbs, Siobhan Hodge, Carol Milner, Julie Watts
On 3 December 2011 at Perth Poetry Club the dotdotdash Collective celebrates its latest magazine, issue 8: Gambit, with four amazing writers: UWA doctoral candidate Siobhan Hodge, previously published in Cordite, Page Seventeen, Peril and Trove; Carol Milner, winner of the 2005 Joyce Parkes Womens Writing Prize; Carolyn Abbs, winner of the poetry category in Visible Ink 2008; and Julie Watts, previously published in Creatrix, in indigo, and online by Les Wicks.
Plus, as always, open mike (3 minute maximum -- all welcome -- please come a little early to sign up), professional sound, good company, and the unique ambience of the back room at The Moon Cafe, 323 William Street, Northbridge. 2-4pm

Underlords of Evil Tonsil and After-party next week
Our last show for 2011 on 10 December will feature two of our favourite Underlords of Evil Tonsil, ELIO NOVELLO and THE SCRUTINEER OF SPLODGE, and will be followed by our annual AFTER-PARTY at Marcus's abode in Charles Street North Perth (if you want the address, ask us at the gig or email us).
